How do I start a session?
Register in the app (email, Google or Apple), choose a specialist from the catalog and start a chat. First messages are free.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed via PayU (Poland) or Stripe (Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, France). All transactions are encrypted.
Are my conversations private?
Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and visible only to you and the selected specialist.
How do I change the app language?
The language adapts automatically to your device language.
How do I delete my account?
Open profile settings in the app and select "Delete account". All your data will be permanently removed.
Who are the specialists?
Experienced people with years of practice — no bots, no artificial intelligence. Each specialist has their own approach and tools.
